Jamming on the go with MIDI controller from ESI

It features a three-color 4x4 matrix with 16 pressure-sensitive pads for an expressive feel with up to 48 configurations. These are also capable of polyphonic aftertouch. There are also six endless knobs for control. The latter can be assigned to different parameters of plug-ins or even hardware equipment via MIDI. There are 48 user-defined memory locations for recalling scenes. Xjam is equipped with a MIDI output, a foot pedal input and a USB port and can also be used as a standalone controller via USB if necessary. The DAWs Bitwig Studio 8-Track and Cubasis LE, as well as the audio editor Wavelab LE, still provide for the direct production start. There is also a dedicated editor for the controller.
