Rare dynamics processors plug-in from United Plugins

UniChannel is the name of the latest emulation achievement from United Plugins, a plug-in in which rare dynamics processors are to be reproduced authentically. It includes preamps, equalizers and compressors with three different types each. Also a sound coloring with tube sound can be realized. VARM II technology is intended to reproduce the minimal sound changes typical of analog devices, so that different changes in the behavior of the simulated electronic components are noticeable with each instance opened.

The BR, US and GE buttons select either a British, American or German sound character. The British mode is said to be particularly suitable for bass, the German one for drum buses and vocals, while the American one is recommended for electric guitars. When no signal is present, the scalable plug-in switches to sleep mode and consumes hardly any processing power. The Vintage plug-in supports sample rates of up to 192 kHz.



Price and availability

UniChannel can be purchased now for the introductory price of only 33 euros (instead of the regular 149 euros from December 1) and supports the VST, AU and AAX formats.
