Subbass-Synthesizer

More boom in the bass with Future Audio Workshop

Published 8:50 am on Monday 15th August 2022 by Beat Magazine

Unison, detuning and layering can be used to create powerful basses. The range of effects has been expanded with additional processors. Instead of the four previous distortion algorithms, there are now six, as well as a waveshaper, a tape effect and a bitcrusher. The order of the effects can be arranged variably. SubLab XL still has a sample engine, which can be filled with either factory samples or your own. Other features include an LFO modulation, an analog filter and a master/meter section with shelving equalizer. In addition, SubLab XL now has access to over 100 new presets and its own macro page.

Price and availability:

SubLab XL is now offered at the introductory price of $50, instead of the regular $80. The synthesizer supports VST, AU and AAX formats.
