What's inside the Prophet 600 clone?
The synthesiser has two oscillators with three waveforms each, but their sound width can be increased with the pulse width. The noise generator, which is not present in the original, further expands the potential. Furthermore, the Pro 800 should also be applicable for hard FM sounds. This is achieved via the poly-mod section.
Two ADSR envelopes serve as time constants for processing the filter and the volume. The sound programmes can be called up via a keypad on the left. In addition to the MIDI input socket, the desktop synthesiser also allows a synchronisable MIDI clock.

According to the manufacturer, the Behringer PRO-800 will be available in the second quarter of 2023 for around 600 Euros.
