IK Multimedia iLoud MTM MKII

More transparency in the mix thanks to studio monitor with measuring microphone

With the iLoud MTM MKII, IK Multimedia presents the next generation of its studio monitors, even though the iconic design has been retained. The DSP-supported monitor also includes the ARC measurement microphone. For better transparency and resolution of the sound, the DSP supports a resolution of 96 kHz. You can now use four measurement points to calibrate the room. Various speakers can be modeled using the compatible X-MONITOR software.

The active 2-way speaker consists of a 1-inch tweeter and two 3.5-inch bass/midrange drivers. The midrange driver has also been tweaked so that its frequency spectrum can extend down to 36 Hz. The model has an output of 100 watts (LF 70 watts RMS and HF 30 watts RMS). The rear connection is an XLR jack input with volume control and a USB port. Above this are five buttons for calibration. Incidentally, you can position the monitor horizontally or vertically.
