Beatcon 2024: Connect, show your beats, ask questions and learn from the best

Over 50 workshops & masterclasses are on the Beatcon programme this year: from classics such as beat production, songwriting or mixing & mastering, to topics that producers have to deal with today: Music business, AI in music production, self-marketing, TikTok, creativity & mental health through to music law.

We have experts from publishers, labels, GEMA and other organisations on site to help young producers get started in the music business and give them lots of valuable tips along the way.

The Beatcon stage will be graced by high-calibre, multi-gold and platinum award-winning producers such as

• Sonus030 (Ufo361, reezy, AK Ausserkontrolle),
• Berky (Apache 207, Ayliva) or

Meet The Professionals & Networking

Above all, Beatcon is also the place to meet other producers, connect with the hottest producers in German rap and make contacts with audio manufacturers and lifestyle brands. Several lounge areas, bars and food trucks are available for this purpose.

In the popular Beat Listening Sessions, well-known producers & A&Rs will once again give feedback on the guests' beats - and it wouldn't be the first time that a successful career has been launched as a result. A Beat Battle and a Rap Contest, where you can win valuable prizes, will also be premièred!

We will also be organising some exciting activities for female producers in cooperation with the Female Producer Collective.

Exhibition & other highlights

Beatcon will be rounded off by a wide range of products and services from over 40 partner companies: From FL Studio and Neumann to Genelec, Dolby and Steinberg, the relevant companies & distributors will be showcasing their latest products and solutions for rap music production at Beatcon.

Brands such as Mercedes, o2, Red Bull and Sony will also be involved in Beatcon - be surprised!

Other highlights of Beatcon 2024 include the Beatcon Vocal Booth, where various microphones can be tested and creative skills are in demand in a rap contest, as well as the Beatcon Headphone Bar, where over 20 different headphones can be tried out.

Beatcon is an event organised by The Producer Network and is sponsored by Initiative Musik. It will take place on 11 and 12 October 2024 at Motorwerk Berlin.

Day tickets are available for 69 euros and 2-day tickets for 119 euros at https://beatcon.de/tickets/. If you buy a 2-day ticket by 27 September, one additional person will receive free admission.
