New AI training courses at the SAE Institute for Creative Arts

The SAE Institute is expanding its continuing education offerings with new AI training courses for creative professionals in the media, digital and creative industries. The programmes are primarily aimed at freelancers and solo self-employed professionals and will start on 9 March, 20 April and 8 June 2026. Thanks to KOMPASS funding, up to 90 per cent of the course fees can be reimbursed. Seven practical qualifications are offered, including AI Video Production, AI Content Creation, AI in Photography, AI-supported audio and music production, and vibe coding for prototypes and MVPs.

The aim is to show participants how AI can efficiently support creative workflows from brainstorming to implementation. The courses are designed to last 42 hours and take place online and at ten SAE locations in Germany. In addition, a 24-hour course entitled "AI Literacy & EU AI Act" is offered, which teaches the responsible and legally compliant use of AI in accordance with the EU AI Act.. According to the SAE Institute, AI expands creative work rather than replacing it, opening up new opportunities for productive and structured work. The participation fee per course is 3,499 Euro.
