As an idea generator, the KeyStep 37 mk2 offers a polyphonic step sequencer (up to 64 steps, 8 voices), an arpeggiator with 16 modes, and functions such as Mutate, Spice & Dice for lively variations. Pattern chaining, overdubbing, automation, and flexible note editing keep grooves constantly moving. Four encoders allow direct access to key parameters or freely assignable MIDI CC and CV/Gate destinations. With USB-C MIDI, MIDI DIN, sync I/O, pedal input, and four CV outputs (pitch, gate, mod 1, mod 2), the device can control almost any hardware. Analog Lab Intro and Ableton Live Lite are included.
