Fostex T50RPmk4

Less resonance when monitoring with Fostex studio headphones

Fostex has introduced the new T50RPmk4 studio headphones for all musicians and sound engineers, which have now reached the fourth generation of its RP technology since 1974. This new coil shape of these RP drivers is designed to reduce resonances even better and lead to an even better transient response. Further advantages of the headphones are the semi-open design, which ensures a linear sound and that less power is required for a headphone amplifier.

It is preferably used for monitoring tasks. Its detachable cable guide can be connected either on the left or right. The frequency response of the T50RPmk4 covers 10Hz - 40kHz. Its impedance is 28 ohms and the maximum input power is 3000mW. A sensitivity of 97 dB is specified. Also new are the thicker ear pads with less elasticity, so that they are comfortable to wear even when listening for long periods. The headband is self-adjusting. A two-meter long cable with stereo jack including adapter is included.
