Virtual Drummer with UJAM NEON

Published 2:57 pm on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 by Beat Magazine

The instrument was developed by Musical Director Nate Williams, who has worked with Jamiroquai and Steve Winwood, among others. The sounds are primarily influenced by modern disco, but can also be used for nu-disco, synthwave, funk, rock, or hip-hop. Features include five customizable drum kits, hundreds of ready-to-play grooves, drag-and-drop MIDI editing, mix presets, and the new Glam control. This allows you to adjust the sound from a more natural, acoustic feel to a modern, punchy chart sound. All performances can be customized using MIDI, mixing, and other sound-shaping options..

Price and availability:

NEON supports VST2, VST3, AU2, and AAX, and runs on macOS and Windows. The regular price is $119, and the loyalty price is $99. For more information, visit UJAM .
